# GetProposalById

Queries proposal based on ID and returns proposal details.

This method will use `30` [Compute Units](/nodeapi/about/billing).

## **Parameters**

* `id` - int32 - Proposal ID
* `visible` - boolean - Optional. Specifies whether the address is in Base58 format (default: false)

## **Returns**

| parameters.key | string | Param ID |
| parameters.value | int64 | Param value |

| create\_time | int64 | Proposal creation time |
| approvals | string array | Approvers address |
| state | enum | State of the proposal, has four enum values: PENDING, DISAPPROVED, APPROVED and CANCELED |
