# GetTransactionCountByBlockNum

Get transaction count in a block by block number (Confirmed state).

This method will use `30` [Compute Units](/nodeapi/about/billing).

## **Parameters**

* `num` - Int32 - <span style={{color: "red"}}>Required</span> - Block height

## **Returns**

`count` - int64 : the number of transactions in the block
