eth_getUncleCountByBlockHash
Returns the number of uncles in a block from a block matching the given block hash.
This method will use 20 Compute Units.
Parameters
DATA, 32 Bytes - hash of a block
params: ["0x4b2c5fd99a31e4c468580611b97ea0fa65e5c3fedc1c21728726b66d5e32d0e2"]
Returns
QUANTITY - integer of the number of uncles in this block.
