eth_sendRawTransaction

Creates new message call transaction or a contract creation for signed transactions.

This method will use 270 Compute Units.

Note: eth_sendRawTransaction supports legacy(EIP-155), type-1(EIP-2930) and type-2(EIP-1559) transactions. Type-3 transactions (EIP-4844) transactions are not yet supported.

Returns

DATA, 32 Bytes - the transaction hash, or the zero hash if the transaction is not yet available.

Use eth_getTransactionReceipt to get the contract address, after the transaction was mined, when you created a contract.
