avax.issueTx - Validation Cloud

Send a signed transaction to the network. encoding specifies the format of the signed transaction. Can only be hex when a value is provided. This method will use 10 Compute Units.

tx - string - The transaction encoded to encoding.
encoding - string - The encoding format.

txID - string - The transaction ID in hex format.
