eth_getUncleCountByBlockNumber - Validation Cloud

Returns the number of uncles in a block from a block matching the given block hash. This method will use 20 Compute Units. Note: There is no concept of uncle (aka ommer) blocks in Conflux. The eth_getUncleCountByBlockHash and eth_getUncleCountByBlockNumber methods return zero for valid block IDs and null for invalid block IDs.
