Generates and returns an estimate of how much gas is necessary to allow the transaction to complete. This method will use 40 Compute Units.
Over HTTPS, Hyperliquid Mainnet returns the latest state for this method whatever block parameter you pass; a request for a past block does not fail, it answers with current data. Over WebSocket the request is served by nanoreth and a past block returns historical state.
