eth_call

Executes a new message call immediately without creating a transaction on the blockchain. This method will use 40 Compute Units.

Parameters

Object - The transaction call object

from - [optional] String of the address the transaction is sent from. to - String of the address the transaction is directed to. gas - [optional] Integer of the gas provided for the transaction execution. gasprice - [optional] Integer of the gasPrice used for each paid gas encoded as a hexadecimal. value - [optional] Integer of the value sent with this transaction encoded as a hexadecimal. data - [optional] String of the hash of the method signature and encoded parameters. For more information, see the Contract ABI description in the Solidity documentation.

QUANTITY | TAG - integer block number, or the string "latest", "earliest" or "pending", see the default block parameter
