eth_call

Executes a new message call immediately without creating a transaction on the block chain. This method will use 40 Compute Units.

Unichain Mainnet keeps historical state for roughly the last 10,000 blocks, about 2.8 hours at Unichain’s 1-second block time. Requests for an older block return JSON-RPC error -32603 with a message that contains state at block #<number> is pruned.

Parameters

Object - The transaction call object

from - [optional] String of the address the transaction is sent from. to - [optional] String of the address the transaction is directed to. Omit it to simulate a contract creation. gas - [optional] Integer of the gas provided for the transaction execution. gasPrice - [optional] Integer of the gasPrice used for each paid gas encoded as a hexadecimal. value - [optional] Integer of the value sent with this transaction encoded as a hexadecimal. data - [optional] String of the hash of the method signature and encoded parameters. QUANTITY | TAG - integer block number, or the string "latest", "earliest" or "pending", see the default block parameter
