platform.issueTx

Issue a transaction to the Platform Chain.

Parameters

• tx - string - the byte representation of a transaction.

• encoding - string - (optional) the encoding format for the transaction bytes. Can only be hex when a value is provided.

Returned Value

• txID - string - the transactions id.
